Hi guys, I have met the same problem(https://groups.google.com/forum/#!newtopic/adwords-api/adwords-api/Fv6w-KqHa8U) that I cannot find the "API center" to get the developer token according to "The token can be obtained from the *AdWords API Center* page under the *My Account* tab in your MCC *production* account (not MCC *test* account) AdWords user interface." in https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/test-accounts#oauth_20_and_the_test_account_user
And I tried the solution that Josh provided, I still cannot find it. Appreciate any kind help in advance!
