Hello, http://adwords.blogspot.de/2015/02/get-faster-and-easier-url-tracking-with.html made me think upgraded URLs were live but I cannot find any of the options for any of our Campaigns, AdGroups, Ads. Creating new ones does not show any of the options either.
If I do a Campaign.setTrackingUrlTemplate via the API the field is updated but simply ignored. The "old" signup http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.de/2014/09/sign-up-for-upgraded-urls-in-adwords-api.html expired. Is there anything I need to do on the account-level to get upgraded URLs or do I have to wait until our account gets migrated?
