Could you provide some more details on what exactly you are trying to

Anash mentioned will give you the latitudeInMicroDegrees 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/GeoLocationService.GeoPoint#latitudeInMicroDegrees>
 and longitudeInMicroDegrees 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/GeoLocationService.GeoPoint#longitudeInMicroDegrees>
 of 
a *GeoLocation*, but let me know if you're looking for something else.
