Hi,

Unfortunately, the iOs/Android designation is not available via any 
services. As a workaround, you could download the app categories to CSV 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/mobileappcategories> 
and 
construct a lookup table based on the *Category* path. Anything under */All 
Apps/Google Play* (60000) is Android, and anything under */All Apps/Apple 
App Store* (65000) is iOS.

In case it helps, I noticed that as the list stands today, all Android 
categories are in the range 60000-60099, and all the iOS categories are in 
the range 60500-60599.
