Hello, To "associate" a remarketing list with a Campaign or an Ad Group, you add it as a criterion. You should use the CriterionUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdGroupCriterionService.CriterionUserList> type for this. By adding a criterion of this type to your ad group or campaign, you will restrict results to people who are on that list (i.e. your "audience").
