Hello,

AdWords is intended for advertisers, not publishers. That means that 
AdWords is useful if you want to advertise across a wide array of websites 
and searches. If you own a website and want to show ads on it, then AdWords 
is not the solution you should use. You may want to look into DoubleClick 
for Publishers or AdSense, which are services intended for publishers.
