Hi Josh,

I've just found out about that either. Anyways, somehow I couldn't set 
unlimited budget through api. Here is my selector for spending_limit:
         spending_limit: {
            xsi_type:             'Money',
            micro_amount:   -1000000
          }

Based on Api doc, it states that 'To specify an unlimited budget, set 
spendingLimit to -1 (in micros)'. I wonder if I've done it correctly.
