When I run with .Net 4.5 and Nuget package 18.12.0, when called: utilities.GetResponse();
Exception: Could not load file or assembly 'Google.AdWords.XmlSerializers, Version=18.12.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=52807268f2b614dc' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Stack trace: at System.Reflection.RuntimeAssembly._nLoad(AssemblyName fileName, String codeBase, Evidence assemblySecurity, RuntimeAssembly locationHint, StackCrawlMark& stackMark, IntPtr pPrivHostBinder, Boolean throwOnFileNotFound, Boolean forIntrospection, Boolean suppressSecurityChecks) at System.Reflection.RuntimeAssembly.InternalLoadAssemblyName(AssemblyName assemblyRef, Evidence assemblySecurity, RuntimeAssembly reqAssembly, StackCrawlMark& stackMark, IntPtr pPrivHostBinder, Boolean throwOnFileNotFound, Boolean forIntrospection, Boolean suppressSecurityChecks) The example runs with .Net 4.0. Can Nuget package be run with .Net 4.0?
