Hi Marcin, The PLACEHOLDER_FEED_ITEM_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report> gives all statistics at the *feed-item level* (e.g., a single sitelink) and gives *upgraded extensions*.
The AD_EXTENSIONS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-extensions-performance-report> will give all statistics aggregated at the ad extension level (Will cover only *legacy extension*).
