Hi Tiana, I'm replying in the forum in case others have a similar question. Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve ConversionTrackers <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/ConversionTrackerService.ConversionTracker> from *Google Analytics* via the AdWords API.
However, you will see these conversion trackers in reports. For example, the report request: SELECT ExternalCustomerId, ConversionTypeName, ConversionTrackerId FROM ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT for your account returns rows for the two Analytics conversion trackers I see in the user interface.
