Some conversion reporting changes are stated on the reference page of v201509. There is described that the following columns are removed:
EstimatedTotalConversionValuePerClick > EstimatedTotalConversionValuePerCost > EstimatedTotalConversionRate > EstimatedTotalConversionValue > EstimatedTotalConversions > EstimatedCrossDeviceConversions > CostPerEstimatedTotalConversion > ValuePerEstimatedTotalConversion Instead you should use one of the following new columns: > Conversions > AllConcersions > ConversionValue > AllConversionValue > ConversionRate > AllConversionRage > CostPerConversion > CostPerAllConversion > CrossDeviceConversions > ValuePerConversion > ValuePerAllConversion None of these seem to be a replacement for the columns EstimatedTotalConversionValuePerClick and EstimatedTotalConversionValuePerCost though. How can I fetch these two columns in 201509?
