Hi, You could use the Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> instead. This report contains both Impressions and QualityScore. Don't forget to set skipReportSummary <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#request-headers> to false to get the total number of impressions and keywords.
