Hi Chris, You could use the Shopping Performance Report to get the historical data at the product level (Offer Id). Please check out Shopping Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/shopping-performance-report>document for more details. Could you provide me privately the clientCustomerId and Criteria Performance Report request (where Cost report field returns 0)? Just click *Reply privately to author* in the forum when responding. Don't forget to remove the developer token in the output.
