Hello, It is best to use client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> to generate refresh token once you have AdWords API setup. If you have trouble generating refresh token using client library, you could try OAuth 2.0 playground to manually generate refresh token. You must follow this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/oauth_playground> step by step very carefully in order to correctly generate the refresh token.
