Hi Aniruddha, It seems you are using your manager client account Id in your auth.ini file. When using any service other than CustomerService or ManagedCustomerService, it will not work. You will need to modify your auth.ini file to be one of your client customer Ids.
If this does not work or if you are already using a client customer Id, please *reply privately to author *your SOAP request and response.
