Hello, The AdWords API does not support the adding query string to Ad's HTML content. The AdWords API is used to create/update/remove the Ad (e.g Text Ad, HTML Ad etc.). Please check out Ad and Ad feature guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-features> for more details. If this doesn't answer your question then please provide the Ad id and clientCustomerId.
