Hey M, To choose the type of feed you are using, you should set the Feed Placeholder Id. Here is a list of all the Placeholder Feed Ids <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders>. For your case, you should use Id = 16 for Real Estate <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders#real-estate> .
