It looks like advertisingchannelsubtype <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201601/CampaignService.Campaign#advertisingchannelsubtype> can be filtered on. You can create a Predicate that pulls all Campaigns that are NOT_IN SEARCH_EXPRESS or DISPLAY_EXPRESS and pass that to the ReportDefinitionService.
