Hi, To clarify, the value of the parameter "__rdxml" is your complete report definition. I apologize if my previous email was not clear. Here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#complete-example>, you'll find a complete example of a HTTP POST request showing the report definition enclosed in it. You could also use one of our client libraries <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> which has sample code to download reports.
Can you try to download the report one more time and if you are still receiving the error, send me the complete HTTP request and response so I can take a look at whats going wrong?
