Hello, Please check out Reporting guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#overview>. There are different types of reports <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports> that you can use to get the statistics for your need.
However, you can only query a specific account at a time. You would need to specify the AdWords account clientCustomerID in the SOAP request header, see Basic Concepts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/basic-concepts> guide.
