Hi Mahesh, You can use ManagedCustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/ManagedCustomerService> to get accounts under a manager account. Please have a look at the GetAccountHierarchy <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201603/accountmanagement/GetAccountHierarchy.java> Java example, which gets the account hierarchy under an account.
