The data available in the objects that you receive in the response depends on the selector used in the query. If a particular field in not provided in the selector, that property will not be populated in the objects that are retrieved. If you use the Date field in reports, the stats you receive will be segmented <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting-concepts#segmentation> by date.
