Hi Alan, You can try using smaller BatchJobs to avoid having to deal with large amount of data. You could also consider paging <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/BatchJobService.Paging>, so that you have some control over how much data you need to process at a time.
If these measures are not an option, or if they do not fix the memory issue, increasing the available RAM should help in avoiding these errors.
