Is is possible to monitor in real-time or nearly real-time the spend for a campaign in Google AdWords through the API? I want to build a PID controller to make sure we don't under- or over-spend compared to the budget allocated for a given hour. To do so I need to frequently feedback the controller with the level of spend, so that it can adjust a price multiplier to tweak our final bids.
