Hey all, I am trying to get Search Impression Share with location level detail at the Campaign Level. When I work with the online Adwords portal under Dimensions Tab > View: Geographic, I am able to add Serach Impr. Share to the report, then download manually. How would I go about achieving the same thing, but with the v201605 Adwords API? Search Impr. Share is not available on the GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
