Hello, Developer token can be found in the AdWords API Center page. This page is available to production manager account created as discussed in this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/signup>.
If you have created the production manager account, please login to AdWords using that account -> *gear icon* on the right hand corner -> *Account Settings* -> *AdWords API Center* -> *Developer token*. If not, please perform the steps provided in the link above.
