Hi, As of v201509 (see Conversion reporting) <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/archived-release-notes#whats-new>, AllConversions will include all conversions that were previously part of EstimatedTotalConversions. You can get the conversion category by using the field ConversionCategoryName <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#conversioncategoryname> .
