Hi Nikhil, Since you have a production MCC account, you can check your Access Levels <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels> in the AdWords API Center of your Account Settings. If you have Test account access, you will need to apply for either Basic or Standard access.
Once you have your developer token for these access levels, you can generate your credentials from the MCC level. Please let me know if you need help along the way.
