Hello, I've read the blog post concerning the impending clearing of platform bid modifiers for Target CPA and Conversion Optimizer campaigns that is planned to begin in late August available here:

One question that I have concerns whether or not these changes will be reported by all-currently-supported API versions of the CustomerSynchService. If a customer within the AdWords UI were to make the same changes in his account that are listed beneath the section in the blog posting with the heading "Here are some changes that you’ll see in your account before the new features launches", then I would expect those various changes to be available via calls to the CustomerSynchService.get operation in the data that is returne for: CustomerSynchService.AdgroupChangeData.removedAdGroupBidModifier CustomerSynchService.CampaignChangeData.removedCampaignCriterion CustomerSynchService.CampaignChangeData.addedCampaignCriterion So will the changes that AdWords makes to clear the bid modifiers be reported back via CustommerSyncService.get calls in the same way that they would if the customer had performed those same changes in the AdWords UI.
