Hi Ketaki, The TEMPORARY <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/CustomerService.CustomerError.Reason> error occurs when there is a server error. Unfortunately, there is no way to pinpoint exactly what the UNKNOWN error was caused from without the SOAP request.
