Hi Rodrigo, You can use the Campaign Performance Report in order to get draft and trial campaign info. If you include the field CampaignTrialType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#campaigntrialtype>, you can determine whether a campaign is a base, draft or trial.
