Hello, You can get your user lists by running the GET method on the AdWordsUserListService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdwordsUserListService>. The object UserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdwordsUserListService.UserList> will give you fields such as the Id and name of the audience.
