Hi Jay, You can use other reports such as the Account Performance Report to get details on your conversions. There are several fields that are related to conversions such as ConversionCategoryName and ConversionTypeName. Here is a list of all fields <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports> available in the API and the reports they can be found in.
