Hi, For a CrmBasedEmailList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#caveats>, the user list size will show as zero until the list has at least 1,000 members. You could use AdwordsUserListService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdwordsUserListService> to retrieve the list of remarketing lists with size as zero, and then retrieve CampaignCriterion and AdGroupCriterion associated with these UserLists using predicates via CampaignCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CampaignCriterionService> and AdGroupCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupCriterionService> respectively. You can retrieve the associated CampaignIds and their states. The code samples available here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/tree/master/examples/AdWords/v201609/BasicOperations> provide examples of basic operations using AdWords API PHP client library.
