Hi, I'm writing AdWords script to get all campaigns and their extensions with their approval status. As approval status cannot be get by AdWords script methods, I need to send AWQL request and that's why I think I ask this question at right Forum.
As I found out, PLACEHOLDER_FEED_ITEM_REPORT report is what I need. But I've got two problems with it: 1) There is no way for me to know whether feed item (extension) is bind to Campaign or an Ad group. 2) I've just created two new callout extension: one at AdGroup level and another at Campaign's.
