Hello, There is currently no way to associate an email address with an AdWords account through the API. Using the API, you can send and accept/decline a link between a client account and manager account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#linking_accounts>. The fields take the CID of the accounts rather than the email addresses.
