Hi V, You may refer to our AddCampaigns <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/basic-operations#add-campaigns> example in PHP. The Amount <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/BudgetService.Budget#amount> of the Budget being set is on a per day basis. Please also note that the amount is in micro units, so if you wish to set the value to 10,000 (of your selected currency), you will need to specify the amount as "10000000000".
