Hi Igor, There are various reasons why AdWords and Analytics may report different number of clicks, some of which are listed here <https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1034383?hl=en#discrepancies-in-clicks-and-sessions>. In this case, it could be that AdWords considered some clicks to be invalid and filtered them from your AdWords reports. If users bookmark your website along with the gclid parameter, AdWords doesn't record these clicks, but Analytics records traffic from these bookmarks. I would suggest that you check your auto-tagging and AdWords Import and Export settings. If you still find that the discrepancy is significant, please provide your clientCustomerId so I can further investigate.
