Hi, The reports that I think could be helpful here are Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report> and Criteria Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report>. Both these reports contain performance statistics at the ad and ad group criteria level respectively. You need to request for CriterionId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#criterionid> from Ad Performance Report to get the criterion that triggered the ad. But I'm afraid you'll not be able to get performance statistics for keyword and placement together in the same row.
