Hi Harry, You need to use AdwordsUserListService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdwordsUserListService> to upload hashed email addresses to your remarketing list. This guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_with_email_address> provides more details on using AdWords API to create and manage user lists. The AddCrmBasedUserList <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201609/remarketing/AddCrmBasedUserList.java> Java example demonstrates how to create a CrmBasedUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdwordsUserListService.CrmBasedUserList> and upload email addresses to populate the list. Example code in other languages is available here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>. I'm afraid reference code in Javascript is not available, neither can you use AdWords Scripts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/> to perform this.
