Hi Anthony,
Are there any plans to make SimilarUserLists mutatable in the future? As of 
v201609, the documentation still suggests that an ADD will be accepted. (I 
did see the link you posted - that was helpful.) For our use case it would 
be helpful to prioritize certain SimilarUserLists over others, but that 
doesn't seem possible, especially without a way to explicitly request their 
creation...
