Hi Hila, Unfortunately, there is no report in AdWords API related to billing. The possible report types can be found here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports>.
You can find examples on how to run reports in Java here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/tree/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201609/reporting> .
