Hi, You can use the Ad Customizers Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-customizers-feed-item-report> for this purpose. The field FeedItemAttributes <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-customizers-feed-item-report#feeditemattributes> can be used to fetch the attribute values for the feed item.
