Hi Anthony, The CONTAINS_* predicate operator is only available for Labels <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/labels> at the moment. You would have to use the IN operator. Please keep an eye on our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates on this feature.
