Hi Hyun, I'm afraid there isn't a way to check if you are close to hitting any rate limits associated with AdWords API. Rate limits fluctuate based on different variables, including server load at the time. You can implement some of the strategies listed here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#take_control> to mitigate the RateExceededError. If you see that you are frequently hitting the rate limit associated with your developer token <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#developer_token_rate_scope>, you can consider applying for standard access <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels#standard_access> for your token by filling out this application form <https://www.google.com/appserve/fb/forms/standardaccess/>.
