Hi Gary, TrackingUrlTemplate at the account level needs to be set using CustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CustomerService>. Once you create a client account using ManagedCustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/ManagedCustomerService.ManagedCustomer>, you need to set the clientCustomerId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/call-structure#request_headers> header to the ID of the newly created account and then perform a CustomerService.mutate() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/CustomerService#mutate> operation to update the tracking URL template of this customer account. If this value is not being set correctly, could you send over your SOAP request and response logs so I can take a look? Please use *Reply privately to author* when responding.
