Hi Nimcy, You are getting this error message (CUSTOMER_SERVING_TYPE_REPORT_MISMATCH <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#ReportDefinitionError.CUSTOMER_SERVING_TYPE_REPORT_MISMATCH>) because it is not possible to run a report at the MCC level in AdWords API. Report generation can only be done with client accounts. If you need to generate a report for multiple accounts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#reports_for_multiple_accounts>, then you need to submit a separate report request for each account.
You may want to consider using AdWords Scripts in generating report at MCC level. You may get in contact with them through this forum <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/adwords-scripts>.
