Hi, I just checked the ManagedCustomerService WSDL <https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/mcm/v201702/ManagedCustomerService?wsdl> and it seems to be up and running. Also, I'm able to get the account details if I run the GetAccountHierarchy <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201702/accountmanagement/GetAccountHierarchy.java> example with v201702 version of the API. Do you happen to have the SOAP XML request and response logs for the API call that failed? Also, could you please let me know which client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> do you use to connect to the API?
