Hi, Regarding the targeting options you mentioned, I believe it is currently not possible. The network where your ads will show will depend on the AdvertisingChannelType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignService.Campaign#advertisingChannelType> and AdvertisingChannelSubType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignService.Campaign#advertisingChannelSubType> you specified when you created your campaign. Our mobile app campaigns guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/mobile-app-campaigns> provides more information on how to setup and optimize your campaigns to get more app downloads <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/mobile-app-campaigns#mobile_app_installs_campaigns> or engagements <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/mobile-app-campaigns#mobile_app_engagement_campaigns> .
As for the targeting specific device models, it is also currently not supported. Instead, you can target some of these high end devices using their operating system as seen in this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#mobile-platforms> .
