Hi, Currently, there's no direct counterpart of the AdWords UI "Find your app" feature in the AdWords API. You must set the exact app id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignService.UniversalAppCampaignSetting#appId> of the app you want to advertise when creating UACs in the AdWords API.
